Summer Bluez T.V. Guide

A List of the Most Happenin' Cinema

Hello all and welcome to your summer T.V. education. I know for us, who are too cool to be seen at parties or even out of bed, it's a solid three months of down time. Well, your downtime just got better, for I have composed a list of the most jammin' cinema and television that has ever happened.

Starting the list off right is my #1 go-to movie of all time, gracing our top spot is:

Empire Records (1995)

A fine film full of teenage love, not Warren Beatty, and a black turtleneck. Keep an eye on Lucas, he's a wise one.

Next, another film I hold close to my heart, and also #1 on a top 10 Rock Movie countdown:

    Almost Famous (2000)

All  you need to know is the family whistle.

Sometimes you come across a show in your lifetime, and the first five minutes you're a die hard lover 4 lyfe. That for me is none other than:

Freaks and Geeks (1999)

A cast including James Franco, Seth Rogan, Jason Segal, and many more will leave you in love *swoon*

Moving on down we find ourselves at spot #4, a classic that every one has seen at least once, (and if you haven't, you're in for a treat), we have:

Pretty in Pink (1986)

If the fashion doesn't make you drool, then Duckie surely will!

Annnnd last, but certainly not least, we find #5, a lowly film that probably never saw the recognition it so deserves, we end our Summer Bluez T.V. Guide with:

Rock N Roll High School (1979)

A fan girls dream, Riff Randall will act as your surrogate bad-ass, plus The Ramones make an appearance. It may be cheesy, but it will certainly keep your attention.

By the end of your watching experience you'll be a master of music films and rebellious teen T.V. shows.
